Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed through sevenspiritsburning.com. Orders are concluded with Seven Spirits Burning, registered in the Netherlands under Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 97175048, reachable at info@sevenspiritsburning.com.

Product listings on this site are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. A contract of sale is concluded only when we confirm your order by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in case of insufficient stock, an obvious pricing or content error, or a justified suspicion of misuse.

All prices on the site are in euros (EUR) and include 21% Dutch VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

Payment is processed by Mollie B.V.. We never see or store your card or bank details. We accept the payment methods activated in our Mollie account, currently including iDEAL and, where available, credit cards and Bancontact.

Shipping rates, delivery times, returns and the right of withdrawal are described in detail in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

As an EU consumer you have a 14 day cooling-off period from the day you receive the goods. You can find the full procedure and a ready-to-use model withdrawal form in our returns policy.

We deliver goods that conform to the contract and meet the quality and performance that you can reasonably expect from standard music merchandise. If a product is defective on arrival or develops a defect that is our responsibility within the statutory warranty period, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a full refund in line with Dutch and EU consumer law.

All band names, logos, artwork, photography, song titles, audio and video content on this site are the property of Seven Spirits Burning or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, re-sell or otherwise commercially exploit any of this material without our prior written consent. Sharing on personal social media with proper attribution is welcome.

We exclude liability for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages to the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law. Our total liability for any direct loss is in any case limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, why we collect it and the rights you have under the GDPR.

Any complaint can be sent to info@sevenspiritsburning.com. We aim to respond within 14 days. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. The competent courts of the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
