Returns & Withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, without giving a reason. The full procedure is described in our Shipping & Returns policy. You can use the model form below, but you are not required to.

Easiest is to copy the fields above into an email to info@sevenspiritsburning.com with the subject “Withdrawal form”. We will confirm receipt by return email.
What happens next
- Ship the goods back to us within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice. Return shipping is at your own cost.
- We refund the full payment (product + original outbound shipping at the standard rate) within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return.
- Refunds use the same payment method as the original transaction unless we agree otherwise. No fees.
