Who you are buying from
All orders are fulfilled by Seven Spirits Burning, registered in the Netherlands under Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 97175048. For any question about your order, contact info@sevenspiritsburning.com.
Shipping rates
- Netherlands: flat rate €4.95 per order.
- International: shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Visible before you confirm payment.
Orders are shipped via PostNL or another carrier of our choice. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Delivery times
We ship orders within 3 to 5 working days. Once handed to the carrier, typical delivery times are:
- Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days
- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: 2 to 4 working days
- Rest of EU: 3 to 7 working days
- Outside the EU: 5 to 21 working days, customs permitting
We are a band, not a logistics company. Around tour dates and releases there can be a slight delay. We will let you know if so.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As an EU consumer you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, starting from the day you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the goods. Within this period you may cancel the contract for any reason, without giving a justification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us with a clear statement (for example by email to info@sevenspiritsburning.com) before the 14 day period has expired. You can use our model withdrawal form but it is not mandatory.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition of returned items
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In plain English: try the shirt on once like in a shop, do not wear it to a sweaty gig and then return it.
Please return items unwashed, unworn beyond a brief try-on and with any original tags attached.
Refunds
We reimburse all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (except the supplementary cost arising from any non-standard delivery method you chose), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Refunds are made using the same means of payment as your original transaction unless we agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, email us at info@sevenspiritsburning.com within 14 days of receipt with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
Complaints
We aim to resolve any complaint within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
